NetConnex was incorporated in 1997 as a web design company. We quickly expanded into hosting, consultation and network support services.
In 2000, NetConnex Broadband was formed to satisfy the demand for larger-scale server hosting (co-location) to ISPs, dot-com start-ups and other growing businesses. We now have a broad client range from not for profit organisations to public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.

What to do if you have an emergency
Most of our services include 24x7 support in case of emergency. Eligible customers are provided with our network operations centre telephone number when they sign up. Existing customers can find this in their my.ncuk.net user area or by contacting their account manager.
If you cannot locate this information, please call the office and ask to speak to a member of our support team. Out-of-hours, you will be given the opportunity to leave a message with your contact details, however please note that we may not be able to return your call until the following business day.
Please note that we do not accept
deliveries of servers or other equipment without prior
arrangement at our office or data centre.
We will instruct you of the address to which your server should be sent once you have placed an order.
