We provide services to businesses which are subject to our contract terms which are provided to you prior to the start of your service. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions from third parties such as domain registries, copies of which are available on request.
Our services are provided through one of two companies. Your contract will provide details of which company is responsible for your service, although in general most ISP services will be provided by NetConnex Broadband Ltd.
